Ortus Property currently manages two company owned business parks offering 175,000 sq. ft of retail, manufacturing and office space in West Belfast. They are the Twin Spires Centre and Westlink Enterprise Centre. Both offer high quality, competitive rents and business support services for start-up and existing growth businesses.

In addition, the property department is responsible for the management of several other property centre’s throughout the Belfast & Lisburn area comprising 2000,00 sq.ft of enterprise space.
