Belfast’s newest indoor children’s play area has opened at Dairy Farm Shopping Centre.
Roar and Explore has opened its doors to excited children and delighted adults who got a first glimpse at the newest soft play facility in Belfast
The brand-new facility boasts 3 party rooms, a café, a 3-tier soft play area and a toddler and baby area all with a jungle theme throughout. The interactive lower tier of the soft play area also has disability access.
There’s a bumpy tiger slide onto the jungle floor for only the bravest of adventurers, suspended rope bridges to the top of the trees plus don’t get caught in the dangling snakes along the way! All enclosed in a huge state of the art play frame full of obstacles, twists and turns.
For little adventurers there is a specially designed multi-level soft play area to enjoy. See them explore the sensory ball pit, clamber to the top of the Safari Hut and race down the toddler slide. While you’re having fun, don’t forget to look out for Roary the Lion and his friends across the play area.
If you have a child’s birthday coming up and are stuck for something different, Roar and Explore have 3 party rooms all differently themed. Explore the Jungle Room where you make your way under the play frame to discover our friends in the deepest jungle. The cool Safari Hut – make sure to look out for Roary and his friends on the horizon. Finally, the biggest party room, the Explorers Room ideal for continuing your adventure through the jungle.
For adults there is a chilled-out area in Roary’s Café. Plenty of hot drinks and tasty treats are on offer for adults and little ones alike. There is also play activities for babies while your other little adventurers play.
Play Centre Manager Catherine McClelland commented
“We are delighted to open the doors to Roar and Explore and welcome the local community to explore what we have on offer. The first day has been very exciting to see the awe on all the children’s faces and receive such good feedback on every aspect of the centre.
We are looking forward to welcoming lots more over the Christmas period. Make sure to check out our Facebook for all our opening hours.”
