We have now been running the Social Enterprise Awards for four years and we want your feedback on what works and what doesn’t work.

• Have you ever applied for an Award? Yes/No and reason for both
• What would you do differently?
• What type of categories would you like to see?
• Should we bring shortlisted organisations in for interview with judging panel, or just let judges score applications?
• What type of celebration event should we hold and time of day?
• Any other comments or suggestions
