Working with Ortus allows me to have full operational control for FLEX. This means I am free to explore new procedures, ideas and markets without limitations, but also knowing that Ortus will support the FLEX team when it is required.

1989 – over 30 years and I’m the longest-serving member of staff!

What is your job?

Key Role – Centre Manager for the Dairy Farm Shopping Centre. I look after the day to day management of the centre. Responsibilities include tenant management, debt management, contract & maintenance management, business development, personnel management, marketing, promotion & event management.

There’s never a dull moment, I could be up a ladder one minute or dancing with customers in the mall the next minute!

What’s your favourite part of working with Team Ortus?

The variety of work and chance to work with so many different people

I love heading to Donegal with my family to relax and enjoy the peacefulness – though with 4 beautiful children it’s not always quiet!

What is your job?

I am in charge of the recruitment of Interpreters and the administration of all security checks in relation to this. I also organise training sessions for Interpreters. Eg: OCN, DOJ Courses etc.

My Favourite part of working with team Ortus, is exactly that, We are a Team! We actually feel more like a family some times.

What is your job?

Finance Manager – I look after the finance for FLEX and get to speak to people from a lot of different companies plus our Interpreters and Translators on a daily basis.

What’s your favourite part of working with Team Ortus?

I enjoy being part of an amazing team! We work together to ensure that Flex provide an excellent service to our customers and Interpreters. Ortus are always giving back to the local community. We organise a number of events each year to raise money for charity. We provide sponsorship for community groups and organise fun days for local children.
