Gerard is currently a Director in CBRE leading the Asset Services Team. Gerard joined CBRE in 2010 having previously been a Director with Whelan Property Consultants Ltd. He previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (Business Process Outsourcing) working on Real Estate Outsourcing Contracts. Gerard also has significant experience in General Consultancy, Risk Management & Compliance as well as the taking over of the management of large portfolios and the establishment integrated property & facilities management strategies.
He began his career with Ortus more than 20 years ago and is proud to be invited back to join the Board to utilise the experience he has for the benefit of the management team and as a result the wider local community.
