We are delighted to welcome The Consumer Council NI to the City Business Hub for a workshop about how they can help you as a business consumer, whilst helping you understand your responsibilities according to consumer protection legislation.This workshop aims to provide businesses with supportive tools and money-saving techniques.

Session overview

• How The Consumer Council can specifically help business consumers with enquiries and complaints
• Free business support services The Consumer Council offers, including help with water and energy bills, and getting value for money from your postal services provider
• Understanding consumer law responsibilities (and a chance to learn about your own consumer rights

The workshop will be interactive and the presenter will be on hand to answer any questions and take a note of your business consumer concerns.
